At Jon Hart Design, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; if you are not entirely satisfied with your non-personalized purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all custom-monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and does not feature any custom monogramming or personalization.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include your packing slip, and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund
Once our artisans inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
